Our Advanced Design Plan allows you to fully utilize all the features of your Ripple Maker, including access to exclusive content designs, the Ripples design library, the Ripples WebApp tool and more. It ensures you get the most out of your machine.

First year includes warranty and 24/7 support coverage for the Ripple Maker.

Yes, you can still order pods and use the Ripple Maker in a limited way. You’ll lose access to these great features:
* Full access to Ripples’ extensive library of premium designs
* Unlimited Ripples Cloud space for your designs
* Customizable WebApp to enhance brand integration
* Private QR code for a seamless customer experience with your brand
* Create your personal Frames or choose from Ripples Frames (For Selfie & Text)

Yes. The Ripple Maker includes Warranty for the 1st year. If your Ripple Maker breaks and we are unable to help you fix it via remote customer support, we will ask you to send your unit to us for replacement or repair. In the meantime, we will ship you a new or refurbished unit. The warranty is subject to Terms and Conditions and may be voided for failing to meet basic maintenance requirements or if machine repair has been performed by a third party.

In the first year of owning your machine, you will receive 24/7 support for free, including full hardware warranty coverage. Starting from the second year, we recommend adding the Support Plan to continue receiving comprehensive support.

If you choose not to purchase the Support Plan, you will receive limited support via email only, with a response time of up to 24 hours. Additionally, you will no longer be eligible for hardware warranty coverage.

Our design library offers a diverse collection of royalty free beautiful designs to suit any occasion.
Whether you’re looking for classic greetings, themed categories (like animals or sports),
seasonal designs (like Christmas or Valentine’s Day), trending styles, or popular choices, we’ve got you covered. You can also search by location to find designs that resonate with your local audience

The Advanced Design Plan includes an easy-to-use builder to create your own personalized customer-facing branded WebApp, including a private QR code for immediate customer engagement. This gives you complete control over the look and feel of your customer experience.
