- You need to have continuous warranty coverage, otherwise, you will be charged €100 service fee for remote inspection of the device to re-activate the Warranty

What’s included in the new service plan?
Our new unbundled service plans include access to royalty-free Ripples content, storage for your own branded content, technical support, access to our mobile app for customers and more, depending on the plan you choose.
Can I still use my Ripple Maker if I don’t renew the service plan?
You can, you’ll just lose out on a lot of great features. If you don’t renew you won’t get new images from the Ripples design team, you wont’ be able to save your own brand’s designs in the cloud, and you’ll stop getting service updates.
What do your technical support services include?
Support services include technical assistance via phone and email, plus access to our Ripples Help Center and repair coverage for your Ripple Maker.
What are customized frames?
Customized frames are watermarks that can be added to Ripples sent via our mobile app. You can use frames to add a branded signature to content that is uploaded by your customers so you get exposure whenever they tag and share the Ripples you create. Check out the tutorials in the help center.
I have pods in stock but haven't renewed my service plan. Will I still be able to print?
Yes, you can still print, and your Ripple Maker will still work. But you’ll miss out on all of the new Ripples content updates, and won’t receive technical support or repair coverage until you renew.
I still have Ink pods from the expired Subscription plan. Can I use them for the 'Basic' / 'Enhanced' plan?
No. The Legacy ‘Subscription’ plan ink pods are not compatible with ‘Basic’ / ‘Enhanced’ plans
