Returns and Refund policy

  • First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a “thank you!”. Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Ripples customers, and as such we promise to do our best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way.
  • That said, here are some things you might want to know:
    • Prior to your Pod delivery:
      • You can cancel the order at any time and get a full refund
    • Once the Pod arrives:
      • You can return your Pod in the original box and get a refund within 30 days after the arrival
      • You need to cover the cost of the Pod return shipment to the Ripples regional warehouse
      • The refund will be processed only after the pods has been returned to Ripples warehouse; it is highly recommended to ship with a tracking number for monitoring purposes.
      • The refund includes the cost for the returned Pods (including the shipment cost of this Pods to you)
      • The refund includes only unopened Pods in their original boxes; used Pods will not be refunded

Ripples pods produce up to 300-1600 prints. Quantities will vary depending on multiple factors, including pod type, design type (high opacity images like selfies & large images use more ink than simple line art designs) and storage conditions such as temperature and humidity.

We guarantee that each pod you order will have an expiration date of minimum 90 days after the shipping date. For best results, use within 30 days of opening. Store in a cool, dry place.

With the exception of the Chameleon Plus kit and Jungle Blend, which only works on the Ripple Maker II Pro, any pod can be used with your Ripple Maker. Choose the best color for your venue or event! The Ripples Pods are provided with a protective clip, so you can remove a Ripple Pod and replace with a different one according to your needs, while protecting your pods for re-use. While the Ripple Maker can be loaded with 1 pod at a time, the Ripple Maker II Pro can be loaded with 2 different pods, which allows a wide variety of uses – from printing a spectrum of colors on a single print, printing 2 color designs, or printing with a different color on different drinks
